  • How To Cook
    • Preheat the oven to 180 and oven roast the cod for 10 – 12 minutes
    • Warm through sweet potato mash and Mediterranean vegetables
    • To plate spoon the sweet potato mash and the mediterranean vegetables on the bottom of the plate/bowl. Place the cod on top and drizzle with salsa verde.
  • Storage

    Refrigerate and use within 3 days
