Herb Crusted Cod with Lemon & Rosemary, Sweet Potato Mash, Char Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables & Salsa Verde!

Fillet of Cod (Fish)
Dijon Mustard (Mustard)
Red Wine Vinegar (Sulphites)
How To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 180 and oven roast the cod for 10 – 12 minutes
- Warm through sweet potato mash and Mediterranean vegetables
- To plate spoon the sweet potato mash and the mediterranean vegetables on the bottom of the plate/bowl. Place the cod on top and drizzle with salsa verde.
Refrigerate and use within 3 days
