How To Cook
- Remove the zaalouk from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature before serving.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook the halloumi for 5 minutes until warmed through
- Put on the grill and grill the flatbreads at a high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
- To serve spoon the zaalouk on the plate, add halloumi on top and add a side of pitta bread.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
