    Halloumi (Milk)
    Pitta Bread (Gluten)
    Aubergines
    Olive Oil
    Garlic Puree
    Tomatoes
    Tomato Puree
    Cumin
    Paprika
    Chilli Flakes
    Bay Leaf
    Caster Sugar
    Lemon
    Coriander

  • How To Cook
    • Remove the zaalouk from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature before serving.
    • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook the halloumi for 5 minutes until warmed through
    • Put on the grill and grill the flatbreads at a high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
    • To serve spoon the zaalouk on the plate, add halloumi on top and add a side of pitta bread.
  • Storage

    Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
