How To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the gruyere croutons in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted and they are golden brown
- Warm the soup in a pan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot.
- To serve, put the soup into a bowl and place the cheesy croutons on top!
