French Beef Bourguignon
Classic French Beef Bourguignon served with Celeriac Mash and Roasted Autumn Vegetables. A delicious hearty meal perfect for a winters night!

How To Cook
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook the roasted vegetables for 12-15 minutes.
- Warm the beef bourguignon in a pan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Add water to thin sauce if required.
- Microwave the celeriac mash for 2-3 minutes until hot.
- To plate spoon the mash onto the plate, followed by the bourguignon on the side. Add the vegetables on the side and sprinkle chopped parsley to finish.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
