How To Cook
- Remove banoffee pie from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature before serving.
- Cut the banana in half and sprinkle with sugar, place on a tray and put under the grill for 2 minutes until bubbling and caramelised
- To plate, place the banoffee pie on the plate, add the caramelised banana and honeycomb.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
