Baked Piri Piri Cod with Crushed Potatoes & Green Salad

How To Cook
- Preheat oven to 2oo degrees, take off the metal lid and roast potatoes in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Place the fish in the metal container, in the oven for the final 10 minutes of the potato cooking time.
- To plate up, place the potatoes on the plate and top with the cod. Serve the green salad on the side and finish with extra peri peri sauce!
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
