    Potatoes
    Peppers
    Red Wine Vinegar (Sulphites)
    Olive Oil
    Cod
    Green Salad
    Peppadew Peppers
    Chilli Flakes
    Garlic
    Lemon
    Paprika

  • How To Cook
    • Preheat oven to 2oo degrees, take off the metal lid and roast potatoes in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Place the fish in the metal container, in the oven for the final 10 minutes of the potato cooking time.
    • To plate up, place the potatoes on the plate and top with the cod. Serve the green salad on the side and finish with extra peri peri sauce!
