How To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat the tatin through for approximately 5-6 minutes until warmed through.
- To plate, drizzle blackberry coulis on the plate and place the tatin on top. Garnish with blackberries and a spoonful of clotted cream.
