Sarah & Matt – what a wedding this was! On a Sunday in May we catered for Sarah & Matt at Blaithwaite House and it was stunning.

They chose a selection of mini pies for canapés and we loved it! Our chefs created Mini Chicken, Ham & Leek Pies, Mini Spinach & Feta Pies and Mini Vegan Curried Lentil pies! It was EPIC!

Sarah & Matt chose a classic menu which celebrates the lake district and all the amazing produce it has to offer!!

Roast Topside of Beef (served medium rare)
(carved at the table by one of your guests – we will supply them with a chef’s hat and apron)

This is a fantastic menu and always goes down really well! If you are thinking of having a sharing style menu or having one of your courses sharing please bear in mind the space on the tables…

We have boards and bowls to fit on so this does take up a lot of space! If you have too many flowers/candles this can cause the meal to be a slow service due to the staff having to move all the decor before serving the meal.

One way to get around this is having a maximum or 7 or 8 people on a table (rather than squeezing on 10 or 12) creating more space!
