Welcome to the Wedding of Nicole and Mo. Elegant and intimate was the aim, and they absolutely achieved this.
Summer was out in full bloom for this afternoon wedding. The tables decorated with wildflowers by the Mother of the Bride.
Welcome drinks were served around the open sided marquee in the exquisite Town Head Gardens.
They started with Ham Hock Terrine, Hawkshead Relish Piccalilli, Baby Leaf Salad and Baskets of Home-made Breads. All served around the hollow squared banqueting table, adding that extra intimacy for the occasion.
Moving on to the mains, we served a summer favourite,
Chicken Stuffed with Sun Blush Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Wrapped in Prosciutto
Rich Chicken Jus, Roasted New Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables
Finished off with a zesty lemon posset and homemade shortbread. A refreshing finish to a warm summers evening.
After an evening of celebration and dancing to The Upstarts Band, the evening food was set up with the following items-

Sweet Potato Fries
This menu was perfect for a hot day. Light dishes, with elegant finishes. The evening snacks provided that ‘pick-me-up’ to dance into the glorious summer evening
