Naomi and Charlie

This wedding was incurable from the start. The setting and the weather made this day  just perfect!

The day started with a 2.30pm Ceremony at Chapel Stile followed by the wedding reception held at the stunning Silverholme Manor.

For welcome drinks we served prosecco, bottled beer and mojito mocktails. Once the drinks were flowing we served the following canapés: 

Goats Cheese Bon Bons with Chilli Jam

Honeyed Sausages with a Mustard Dip

Caramelised Onion Tarte Tatin

Peking Duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce

Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Pink Roast Beef & Horseradish

After a couple of hours in the sunshine with drinks and canapés it was time for speeches.

Once speeches were finished, we served Naomi and Charlie’s favourite meal:

Smoked Salmon & Asparagus Salad with Hot Potted Shrimps, served with a Lime & Dill Dressing

Fillet of Beef with a Rich Madiera Jus

Once the meal was finished it was time to dance and drink and enjoy the stunning views over Lake Windermere.

Later on, we served the perfect late night snack of newspaper cones of chips, sweet potato fries and parmesan fries
