3pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

5pm – Guests seated

5:30pm – Wedding breakfast

7pm – Speeches

7:45pm – Cut the cake

8pm – First dance

10:30pm – Evening food

1am – Bar to close

At 3pm when the guests all arrived from the ceremony, we served the canapes which included
