Dishes of Seasonal Vegetables

Jenna & Andrew chose a to offer a choice of starter and main to their guests, they were truly spoilt! If you’re considering offering a choice there are a few factors you need to consider. It creates more admin for you as a couple due to you have to sort through pre orders, special diets and creating multiple versions of the table plan in order to create a slick service, on the day it will slow down service due to people changing their minds and finally, it will alter the cost of menu prices due to the fact we need extra chefs to help cook and serve the meal on the day.
After the meal Jen & Andrew went to visit some furry friends while the barn was was being changed over from the evening!
 
Evening Food

We served the following buffet style for guests to come up and help themselves! A hot buffet works really well in order to feed a lot of guests in one hit, please bear in mind this can sometimes cause a break in the evening so if you want to keep everyone going a walk around evening food option may be best for you!
