For a cool and calm couple like Emma and Matthew we didn’t expect anything less than beautiful for their Wedding Day. The effortless beauty throughout the decor was cohesive and suited their personalities perfectly.
Starting the day off with clear blue Skys we knew it was going to be a great day for Emma and Matts family and friends to join them in celebrating their Wedding Day. Their ceremony was inside the Town Head Barn with the most INCREDIBLE flower arrangements by Sam at Free Range Floristry. Sam matched the couples personalities and lifestyles by decorating the end of the aisle with milk churns exploding with wild flowers and textured greenery.
Once they had their ceremony they made their way downstairs to do a confetti tunnel and enjoy their drinks reception. This was also when we started serving the selection of Canapés chosen by Emma and Matt.
Canapés
Spinach and Feta Filo Parcels
Thai Fish Cakes with Sweet Chilli Sauce
Courgette Pakoras
Spicy Pork Meatballs in a Tomato Sauce
Whilst their guests were enjoying their Prosecco and Canapés Emma and Matt were taken around the Town Head grounds with their photographer Bridgette Ibbotson to get some incredible couples portraits and enjoy some time together as Mr and Mrs.
Soon it was time to invite everyone upstairs into the barn ready for the Wedding Breakfast. The guests made their way upstairs and they were welcomed by a beautiful wedding cake made by Millbridge Farm Cakes that had a halo of a breathtaking flower arrangement that was also done by Sam. Every table was decorated with simplicity and being mindful of what the main meal was today.
They main course is a sharing board, we ask to keep decorations simple and small so there is enough space on the tables for the large sharing platter and bowls of sides and salads.

With the weather reaching temperatures we hadn’t experienced yet this year Emma and Matt decided to make discreet exit to do a quick outfit change to be comfier and we don’t blame them! Emma changed into another outstanding dress embellished with sequins … but we think Matt might have stolen the show this time, he came back in his milking shorts covered in cow print. Their guests LOVED this unexpected second entrance and celebrated them all over again.

Mini Sticky Toffee, Toffee Sauce
Mini Crème Brûlée
Mini Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis
By the end of the meal everyone was ready to make their way downstairs to get back out into the sun and relax on the wicker seating on the patio. We got the room ready for the evening party and the band The Willowbrooks got their equipment all set up. It was soon time for the first Dance and the dance floor didn’t empty all night long!
After a short break it was time for us to serve evening food. Emma and Matt had chosen a crowd favourite for their evening food and all their guests loved it.
