As you’ll see from the photos, this wedding was very specifically decorated and designed as Emma and Mark became Mr and Mrs Peacock so the hall was transformed into a colourful and vibrant Peacock theme.

The day started out with a gorgeous ceremony outside with guests sitting on hay bales. I don’t know how they managed it with the weather, but it was warm and dry for the duration of their ceremony.
After a beautiful outdoor ceremony, it was time for drinks and canapes in the downstairs reception area. Low Hall The Lakes looks after the drinks while we start serving canapes.

After drinks and canapes were served it was then time for guests to make their way upstairs into the barn ready for speeches.
Following the handful of speeches made by the family it was time for the wedding breakfast.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Thunder & Lightening Ice Cream
Emma’s favourite dessert EVER is sticky toffee pudding however as she is gluten and lactose free so hasn’t had it in many years. So, our chef practiced and made a gluten and lactose free sticky toffee pudding with a lactose free toffee sauce.
After clearing down after the meal it was time for our team to help and move the tables in the barn ready for the dancing to begin!
