A wedding weekend full of love, laughter and food for Dominique and Daniel!

Dominque and Daniel chose the beautiful Town Head Estate for their beautiful wedding in March. Town Head is beautiful all year round, rain or shine and the Lakland Media Team really showed its beauty on Dominique and Daniels wedding day with photography and videography!

They got married in the Barn and celebrated meeting their guests with a confetti tunnel in the marquee! It was beautiful!

The bride and groom chose to have a selection of canapés served to their guests whilst they went around the grounds to get some beautiful couples photos taken. Our team saved a selection of canapés for the Dominique and Daniel to enjoy in private.

Canapes

Moroccan Cauliflower Bites with Siracha Mayo
Crostini with Sun Blushed Tomato, Mozzarella and Pesto
Honey Mustard Sausages with Mustard Mayo
Newspaper Cones of Courgette Fries with Sweet Chilli Sauce

After enjoying the cocktail hour, the barn was set up with decorations from Emma Jane Events and a beautiful Children’s soft play area from The Wedding Childcare Company.

All of their tables were named after Beatrix Potter characters and they had created favours which were bunny rabbit bags with light up bracelets inside ready for the first dance later in the evening! A fantastic idea!

After the meal the guests were Invited downstairs for Tea and Coffee whilst the Barn got ready for their evening party! They got DJ Craig Howarth to entertain their evening!

The evening started with the Bride and her Bridesmaids doing an amazing dance routine followed by Dominique and Daniel’s first dance. Their guests had their bracelets lighting up the dancefloor for them!

The party quickly got started following the first dance and Craig had the best play list to keep the dancefloor full! After some time It was time for the evening food. Dominique and Daniel came to their Wedding Breakfast Tasting and couldn’t decide whether to have the Chicken or Steak and Ale Pies for their main course. So to make this decision easier was to serve the Steak and Ale Pies for their evening food!

This style of evening food was perfect for Dominique and Daniel as well as all their guests who could not get enough!

Somethings to consider when doing a plated buffet for evening food is the dance floor will become empty. The best way to time your evening food in this case is to work with the DJ or Band to plan out when they will be having their set break.

The morning after Dominique and Daniel arranged for our team to come back and serve a Hot Breakfast! This is a good way to cure some bad heads in the morning!

Hot Breakfast Buffet

Cumberland Sausages
Vegetarian Sausages
Bacon
Scrambled Eggs

Mushrooms

Thank you Dominique and Daniel for having us for your special day! Congratulations from all of The Karen Rhodes Team!
