Alice and Thomas! What a SPLASHing time at your Wedding!

As Alice and her Bridesmaids got ready in the Bridal Suit, Thomas and his Groomsmen made their way down to the Lake for a refreshing dip! Their photographer James Hicks was there to capture the evidence too, the perfect way to look back on those memories.

Having your ceremony on the Lake View Terrace at Town Head is rare this year but Alice and Thomas were one of the lucky ones. They made the ceremony extra special by having some of their closest friends do readings, which brought on the waterworks from a few of the others. Once the ‘I Do’s’ had been shared it was time to get the guests ready for the confetti tunnel … There was confetti for DAYS! What a moment, the petals filled the air in a blush hue matching the amazing bouquets by Emma Currie at Efflorescence.

It was soon time for the guests to make their way back up to the barn for a selection of canapés.

After enjoying their drinks reception it was soon time to invite everyone up to the barn for the Wedding Breakfast. The Barn had been decorated with simple florals and taper candles for an elegant fresh look allowing the Cupcake Wedding Cake to be the second best show stopper of the day. Mel from Bramble and Wilde had made them a small cake surrounded by a crowd of cupcakes all with different shades of pink icing. It looked beautiful and being placed at the top of the stairs, it was seen and admired by every guest.

This meal was the perfect choice for Alice and Thomas’ guests and their empty plates proved it. It was time for the guests to make their way downstairs so we could get the room ready for the evening party. Alice and Thomas had the Upstarts Band entertain their guests with the perfect dance floor songs, creating an atmosphere you didn’t want to leave.
