As Steffi and Jack wanted to take some of the stress off the planning of the wedding so they decided to book our Bronze Co-Ordination Package.

All week we were at the marquee setting up and it poured down! Every day we were in the marquee praying for sunshine on Saturday and it came. We arrived Saturday morning to blue skies and sunshine and Steffi even went to the church in the car with the roof down.

Following the ceremony all the guests made their way back to the marquee for drinks and canapes. For welcome drinks we served pink fizz and bottled beers. Once all the guests arrived, we started serving canapes.

~ Mini Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips
~ Mini Beef Burgers with Bacon & Cheese
~ Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip

After drinks and canapes were served it was time for guests to take their seats and get ready for the speeches. After the father of the bride and the grooms speech which were incredible it was time for the best man speech. We can honestly say it was one of the best speeches we’ve ever heard. Instead of your usual speech Dan, the best man, decided to do a rap instead! It was fantastic!!

These speeches started the day perfectly and made the most amazing atmosphere for the day.

After the speeches it was time for the wedding breakfast.

Cumberland Sausage Topped with Crispy Onions, Leek Mash and Onion Gravy
Bowls of Summer Vegetables

Vegetarian Option – Onion & Goats Cheese Tarte Tatin

Whole Summer Berry Pavlovas

Steffi and Jack decided to have the table names as songs rather than names or numbers so if your song came on you needed to get up and dance and be as loud as possible.

Once we cleared dessert it was time for everyone to being dancing and partying the night away. By 7pm we had people dancing on tables and people dancing on the bar, it was the best atmosphere, and everyone was ready to party!

While everyone was dancing the night away it was time for the grazing table to be put out for guests to help themselves.

The grazing tables had Cheeses (Lancashire, Brie and Blue Cheese) Biscuits and Homemade Chutney.

Soon enough it was 10pm and it was time for cheese toasties! While guests were drinking, dancing and chatting our team handed them around ensuring everyone got one!

Throughout the evening multiple bands played and kept the partying going all night, the dance floor was never empty! Our bar closed at 1am and after clearing down and leaving at roughly 1.30am there was no stopping anyone. The partying continued well into the early hours.

Steffi and Jack, we honestly can’t thank you enough, even though it was work it really didn’t feel like it. We hope you had the most incredible day and wish you all the best as Mr and Mrs Hunter.
