ORCHA 3 Day Event

For 3 days, we headed to Silverholme to cater for a 3 day business event for ORCHA. 80 employees arrived and a Tipi was set up on the gardens of Silverholme too!

MONDAY

9:30am – Breakfast

Egg, Bacon & Sausage Sourdough Rolls with Tea, Coffee & Orange Juice

11:30am – Refreshments

Mini Pastries, Fruit Selection & Tea, Coffee & Biscuits

1pm – Lunch

Picnic Hampers including Coronation Chicken, Sweet Potato & Feta Scotch Eggs, Honey Roast Ham, Minted Pea Feta & Asparagus Quiche, Chicken Liver Pate with Red Onion Marmalade, Hot Buttered New Potatoes, Mixed Summer Salad, Coleslaw, Home-Made Breads. And to finish Home-Made Fruit Scones with Butter, Jam & Clotted Cream

3pm – Refreshments

Mini Pastries, Fruit Selection & Tea, Coffee & Biscuits

7pm – Evening dinner

Walk around canapés for dinner including

  • Mexican Chilli Loaded Nachos topped with Cheese, Guacamole & Tomato Salsa
  • Thai Green Vegetable Curry with Jasmine Rice
  • Jerk Chicken Kebabs with Mango & Chilli Salsa
  • BBQ Pulled Pork & Apple Sliders on Brioche with Crunchy Slaw
  • Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip, Shaved Parmesan & Rocket
  • Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips with Home-Made Tartare Sauce

Walk around dessert canapes including

  • Espresso Chocolate Pots
  • Mini Creme Brûlée
  • Raspberry & White Chocolate Tarts
  • Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie

 

TUESDAY

8am – Breakfast

Egg, Bacon & Sausage Sourdough Rolls, Croissants, Pain Au Chocolate, Platter of Fresh Fruits, Granola, Greek Yoghurt, Berry Compote, Tea, Coffee & Orange Juice

11:15am – Refreshments

Tea, Coffee & Biscuits, Mini Pastries & Selection of Fruit

1pm – Lunch

Buffet Lunch with Honey Roast Ham Sandwiches, Med Veg & Harissa Hummus Sandwiches, Pesto Chicken Sandwiches, Tomato & Mozzarella with Basil Sandwiches, Home-Made Sausage Rolls, Home-Made Cheese & Onion Rolls, Crisps & Salted Caramel Brownie Bites. Also served a selection of tray bakes & cakes

3pm – Refreshments

Tea, Coffee & Biscuits, Mini Pastries & Selection of Fruit

7:30pm – Evening dinner

Selection of Sandwiches, Mini Sausage Rolls, Mini Cocktail Sausages, Pizza Slices, Crudities & Hummus, Vol-Au-Vents, Crisps & Party Rings
