M Sport Dinner

On Wednesday 24th November, we headed to Dovenby Hall to cater for an evening dinner for M Sport.

Timings of the evening

7:45pm – Guests arrive & welcome drinks

7:50pm – Guests seated

8pm – Short speech

8:05pm – Dinner

  • Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé with Cream Sauce, Micro Leaf Garnish
  • Baskets of Home-Made Breads

Main Course

  • Rack of Lakeland Lamb with a Redcurrant & Mint Jus, Dauphinois Potatoes, Minted Pea Puree, Honey Glazed Carrots & Pea Shoot Garnish
  • Or Beetroot & Butternut Squash Wellington with a Kale Pesto, Dauphinois Potatoes, Minted Pea Puree, Honey Glazed Carrots & Pea Shoot Garnish

Dessert

  • Chocolate Crémeux with Double Jersey Ice Cream
