Birthday Lunch at Town Head Estate

On Monday 6th September we headed the beautiful Town Head Estate to cater for a birthday lunch.

Timings of the afternoon

12pm – Guests arrived & canapés were served

12:45pm – Guests seated for lunch & wine poured

1:10pm – Main Course Served

1:50pm – Speech

2pm – Birthday cake & cheese served

2:15pm – Champagne served & speech

2:30pm – Tea & Coffee

The canapes served were

  • Smoked Salmon Blinis with Horseradish Creme Fraiche
  • Goats Cheese Bon Bons
  • Peking duck Pancakes with Hoisin Sauce

Main Course

  • Pan Fried Sea Reared Trout with Dill & Lemon Potato Cake, Buttered Spinach & Warm Tartare Sauce


  • Selection of Local Cheese & Biscuits with Home-Made Chutney, Grapes & Celery
  • Bowl of Strawberries & Cream
  • Birthday Cake
  • Tea & Coffee & Home-Made Fudge
