We had the absolute pleasure of catering for Jennie and Stephen at Longlands on 23rd November 2019.
1.30pm – Ceremony at Longlands
2pm – Welcome Drinks and Canapes
4pm – Guests Seated
4.30pm – Wedding Breakfast
6pm – Speeches
7pm – Room Change Around for the Evening
8pm – First Dance and Cake Cutting
10pm – Evening Food
Midnight – Bar Close
Once we ensured everyone had a glass of fizz we started serving canapes!
– Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef & Horseradish
– Honeyed Sausages
– Blinis with Crème Fraiche & Smoked Salmon
– Goats Cheese Bon Bons
– Mini Leek & Cheese Tartlets
– Vegan Caramelised Onion Tarte Tatin
Following drinks, canapes and photos in the house guests made their way back to the barn ready for the wedding breakfast and speeches!

Once the meal was finished and cleared it was time for the speeches!
After a few very funny speeches it was time for guests to make their way outside ready for the room to be changed around for the evening!
Finally the room was ready and the dancing began! After cutting the cake the band started and they were amazing! They kept the dancefloor full all night and created the best atmosphere!
After lots of dancing and partying it was soon enough time for evening food – Cheese on Toast with Red Onion Marmalade!!
Cheese on Toast was a great idea for evening food as it was walked around handed to the guests so they could still interact with everyone and it doesn’t interrupt the evenings atmosphere or entertainment!
We hope Jennie and Stephen the most amazing future and we were so pleased that we could help create their perfect day!
