...thank you for the wonderful food you produced for Emma and Matts wedding. Simon Berry said you were the very best and not to bother going anywhere else and he was absolutely right, we could not fault anything. All our guests loved your food especially the Cumbrian platter, and the rack of lamb was quite delicious and very tender.

We were blessed with the perfect day, the marquee looked really lovely and all the children were able to play, a very happy and relaxed family occasion and one we’ll never forget.

Five years ago you helped me with the reception and catering at the Centenary Banquet of the Submarine Service at Lancaster Town Hall before the First Sea Lord. That also was a marvellous occasion, and I promised to write extravagantly in thanking you, so that you could show all your prospective clients. I let you down on that occasion, but at least I knew that when it came to our daughters wedding, there were only two people who I would ever contemplate doing the catering arrangements; your good selves.

It is difficult to convey a big enough “thank you” for all you did before, during and after “The Day” itself. I hope this letter captures something of our gratitude. May your enterprise continue to flourish. Be assured that we shall recommend you both to anyone who is entertaining a “big event”.

What superlatives could we possibly use to describe the most amazing service you provided us with on Saturday? You had your staff so well briefed it was a completely seamless operation. As for the food, well it was the standard of an intimate dinner party. Beautifully cooked the lamb was moist and pink (our favourite) and the assiette was divine, lets hope it becomes a favourite. The compliments from our guests came in thick and fast. You were wonderful, quietly overseeing everything, even organising a cigarette run I believe! Please thank everyone involved. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and hope that when Anna ties the knot we will be able to have a repeat performance.

Just a quick note to thank you for the flawless co-ordination of our day as well as the delicious food. You and Phil are a fantastic team, the “Posh & Becks of Weddings.

John & I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your efforts on the 31st July 2010. We had an absolutely amazing day and wish we could do it all over again (though I doubt that the bank balance would allow).

Everything was perfect and it was so lovely to come back from church and pop into the marquee to see it all ready for our guests it looked great!

As ever your organisation was perfect and I must say that your staff were excellent, we had so many lovely comments about how lovely, polite and helpful the staff were. And on a personal note Phil – thanks for taking control of the event so superbly.

The food was amazing and people didn’t believe that it was all cooked on site, except for the delicious smell of the lamb cooking. The ‘Cheese’ cake has caused quite a stir and looked great, just what we wanted.
