If the thought of planning a wedding at home or in a venue fills you with horror there are various things we can do to help with out breaking the bank. We offer three different options that we find work exceptionally well.
Quite honestly in a lot of cases we can save you more than it costs as we negotiate the best possible prices from the suppliers and pass this saving onto you. Wedding suppliers will inevitably give us a better deal because we are using them on a regular basis rather than a one off and even when using new suppliers we have a much better idea of what you actually need rather than what the companies are trying to sell you.
Quite often couples have thought about a marquee in the garden and ended up talking themselves out of it because it just seems like too much hassle.
We are very happy to offer our wedding co-ordination packages to everyone, even if you are doing your own catering or have alternative caterers in.

Bronze Package

This is particularly helpful if you just don’t know where to start, what you need and who is the best person to get it from. We charge a one off fee, which includes the following:
- Site Visit
- Full written quotation based on your specific requirements including basic marquee package and any additional extras ie star cloth, dimmers, hidden dance area, walkways and lighting.
- Floor plan drawn to scale
- Colour planning of carpets, swags, chairs and chair pads
- Obtain the best quotes for luxury loos and generated power depending on your requirements. We also liaise with the entertainment regarding their power requirements.
- Unlimited telephone support
Silver Package
Finishing Touches
We offer all the services of the bronze package plus we do the finishing touches. All the planning is done by you and we pull it all together:
- Pre-wedding planning consultation with a personal wedding co-ordinator on all aspects of your wedding
- Reconfirmation of all contractors
- Liaise with all suppliers, your venue and finalise guest numbers
- Unlimited support in all aspects of your wedding planning
- Help and advise for both bride & groom and other family members
- On the day service in line with the prepared plans, making sure everything runs smoothly without any hitches
Gold Package
Full Wedding Co-ordination
All aspects of the wedding can be co-ordinated by your own personal wedding co-ordinator.
- Your own personal wedding co-ordinator who has knowledge of a wide range of wedding related contractors, including florists, music, specialist lighting, marquees, luxury loos, transport, dresses, stationery, fireworks etc
- Meet with chosen contractors and get the best possible quotation for their services
- Make sure client is happy and comfortable with contractors
- Venue Finding and decoration
- Unlimited support throughout the planning and build up to wedding
- Co-ordinate the rehearsal
- Full budget planning and payment schedule
- Full beauty package including nails, make-up, hair, massage, waxing
- Honeymoon planning and travel arrangements
- Send thank you letters to all contractors
The above options can simply be organised and charged by the hour or we can offer a quotation for organising the whole day.
