
We love food, food that is fresh, simple and beautifully presented. We have excellent local suppliers and use the very best ingredients. Whenever possible we try and use free range, organic produce to provide delicious mouth watering dishes.
For a traditional three course meal we will source the best possible ingredients, cook it simply and present it beautifully. The menus are simply a starting point to give you some ideas of the type of dishes we offer. Everything is made by us in our commercial kitchens and can easily be adapted top suit your tastes. If you don’t like a particular herb or you want an exotic sorbet or you’d like an assiette of three or four mini puddings because they all sound delicious it's not a problem.
We offer a vegetarian alternative to each course and are very happy to make any special dietary requirements. If you or your guests suffer from celiac disease or have a specific allergy we will still make something absolutely delicious.
