There are lots of reasons to have a themed event:
You may be working with an Italian designer, you may want your birthday party meal to replicate a meal you’ve had in a tiny Greek Taverna or you may want to add some fun to the staff Christmas party.
Whatever the reason we have loads of ideas to share with you. We tend to work with the food we know best so have great Mediterranean dishes and like offering big sharing platters which may take the form of tapas or meze or may just be a mixture of the best flavours of the med combined in a menu that really works.
We do a great deal of Thai food as that’s where we spend our holidays and do really great authentic Thai green curry, chicken sate and Thai fish cakes.
