
Here’s a few different starters and desserts which can easily be incorporated into the dinner of formal buffet menus. The hors d’oeuvres platters are particularly popular as they give you the chance to have a variety of different starters on one platter which is then passed round for guests to help themselves. The beauty of this is that you can in fact offer any variety of different dishes and come up with a different and memorable menu.
Likewise with the puddings. The assiettes are particularly popular as they give bite size portions of different desserts and if you don’t like our suggestions you can design your own.
